RETURNS

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

We will be happy to accept your item back for return, as long as the item meets the return criteria below:

1.In its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.
2.No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)​
3.FULL PRICE items within 45 days of purchase.
4.SALE items within 14 days of purchase for EXCHANGE or CREDIT only.
5.Items may only be returned with proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE

The following cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie and Swimwear – not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as detachable pendants, straps, harnesses or chains)
    Please note: As lingerie are intimate garments, if your items are soiled (make-up, fake tan, deodorant or personal stains), we will deem these as unacceptable for return and will post these items back to you.
  • Hosiery – where one or both hygiene seals have been opened

  • Bondage items – not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as handcuff links or collar chain)

  • Candles, oils and lubricants – if packaging has been opened, or the item has been damaged through personal use.

  • Gift Card sales are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded for monetary value. Read full Terms & Conditions here.

  • Duties & Taxes as well as any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded by Fechi once your order is sent.

  • Duties and VAT are collected on behalf of the Government therefore it is the Government who would give a refund, if applicable.

  • Countries tend to have some system refunding Duties and /or VAT but the customer needs to go through the appropriate government agency (usually  Customs) and provide the requisite documents.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you live outside North America, you still have 45 days to return your FULL PRICE items, and 14 days for SALE items.

International customers are required to cover any return shipping costs incurred. We strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking. To return your order please email fechi@gmx.com.

1. Please ensure that you return your items to the original country of purchase. We cannot accept returns purchased in other countries.

3.Once we receive your parcel, your return will be processed within 14 business days. Your items must meet the Terms and Conditions in our policy. Please allow additional processing time over sale / holiday periods.

REFUNDS

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

I PAID USING AFTERPAY

Full Refunds

If you have returned all items from an order, the full amount of your order will be refunded via Afterpay. Any money you have paid towards the order will be refunded and upcoming payments will be cancelled.


Partial Refunds

If you have returned selected items from an order, your Afterpay total will be adjusted. This will alter the amount that is due per fortnight. Based on the new total, if you have overpaid, the difference will be refunded back to you.

I PAID USING ZIPPAY

Full Refunds

If you have returned all items from an order, we will notify ZipPay of the changes. Any money you have paid towards the order will be refunded and upcoming payments will be cancelled.


Partial Refunds

If you have returned selected items from an order, we will notify ZipPay of the changes. This will alter your total due. If you have already paid more than the new total, you will be reimbursed from ZipPay. If there is money still owing, you will continue to pay remaining amount.

CREDITS

Credits are issued in the form of a Fechi Gift Card, valid for 3 years for use both online and in-store.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased in sale or on promotion.

Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

EXCHANGES

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We gladly offer exchanges on unworn, unwashed and unopened items in re-sellable condition with original tags still attached.

If the requested item for an exchange is out of stock, our Honeys will contact you to organise an alternative solution. Exchanges will be shipped with standard postage.

Simply book your exchange. 

We do not offer International exchanges.
